Services Premium Administrative Relief
Help With That Co. provides client‑directed administrative support for the tasks and processes that take time, energy, and follow‑through — especially when paperwork, applications, filings, or ongoing requirements start to feel overwhelming.
This service is designed for capable adults who don’t necessarily lack ability, but lack the time, bandwidth, or clarity to manage complex or time‑consuming “adulting” tasks alone. Support may include organizing required information, preparing documents, completing and submitting paperwork (electronically or physically where permitted), tracking progress, and managing follow‑ups so tasks actually move forward instead of lingering unfinished.
Services are structured around clarity, confidentiality, and completion. You don’t need to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out — that’s part of what the consultation is for.
Types of Support
Support is administrative, client‑directed, and tailored to the specific task or process you’re dealing with. If you see yourself in any of the areas below, you’re in the right place.
What I can help with includes:
Paperwork & forms — completing, organizing, and submitting documents accurately
Applications & filing processes — navigating multi‑step or time‑sensitive requirements
Document preparation & organization — getting information into a clear, usable format
Resumes & professional documents — formatting, updates, and proofreading
Follow‑ups & loose ends — tracking deadlines, submissions, and next steps
General administrative relief — support for “adulting” tasks that feel overwhelming or hard to start

How Support is Structured
Every request is different, so support is tailored based on complexity, number of steps, and level of follow‑through required. After a brief consultation, I’ll recommend an appropriate amount of time to complete the work based on your specific situation.
If a task is straightforward and clearly defined, it may require only a small number of hours. More layered or ongoing processes may require additional time and coordination. You’ll always know the recommended hours before work begins.
How Billing Works
Administrative support is billed at $50 per hour, with a one‑hour minimum.
After a brief consultation, I’ll recommend the number of hours needed based on your request. Once the hours are approved, an invoice will be sent. Work begins after the invoice is paid.
If work is completed in less time than expected, you’re only billed for the time used. If additional time is needed beyond the approved hours, work pauses until you confirm next steps.
Next Step
If you’re not sure where to start or how much support you need, that’s completely okay. A brief consultation helps clarify what’s involved and determine the best path forward.
Getting Started Is the Hard Part.
It isn’t the need that stops people, it’s not knowing how to start.
I help with the paperwork, processes, and first steps that make progress possible.
Referrals are always appreciated but never expected.
